Shipping Terms

1.Where does www.nynabooks.com deliver?

www.nynabooks.com ships to almost all locations in India where there is reach of the Indian Postal Network. We do undertake any international shipments/deliveries also on request.

2.How much does Shipping and Delivery cost?

Prices are subject to vary and depend on the factors like volume, quantity and delivery destination of the booked consignments. Charges shall be estimated on the said factors and shall be applied in the invoice. All orders above Rs 400 and above are delivered to your doorstep free of shipping cost( Only applicable inside india ).

3.How long does the shipping take?

Major destinations are serviced by known national courier companies and deliveries normally take 1-10 days. You can track the status and location of your book parcel after dispatch on the respective courier’s website using the book parcel’s tracking code. Remote locations where there is no coverage by our empanelled couriers get serviced through India Post, a Government of India undertaking. There is NO online tracking currently available for book parcels sent by Registered Post or VPP. Delivery through India Post normally takes longer and could extend to more than 2 weeks for some locations and rare situations. Kindly be patient – inform us if there is an inordinate delay and we will follow up with India Post.

4.When you place an order, the estimated shipping and delivery time will be specified based on the availability of the item.

Generally the books fall under 3 categories:

In Stock: All the titles will clearly mention the approximate shipping and delivery time. The delivery time details are:

•1 – 4 business days: Books are currently in stock with local distributor(s)/vendor(s) and will likely be shipped on the same day if the order(s) is placed before 2 p.m.

• 5 – 9 business days: Books are available at the publisher’s warehouse and will need to be ordered from there.

• 15 – 21 business days: These books are imported into India.

(Business day(s) means working day(s) excluding Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays.)

Out of Stock: These books are currently out of stock. We accept email IDs and will intimate you once the titles are back in stock.

Pre-Order: The stock of these titles is expected shortly (usually within 2-3 weeks). We accept email IDs and will intimate you once the titles are ready to be shipped for you to place your order(s).

Note: Books ordered on Saturday after 4 p.m. will take an extra day to ship due to the weekend.

Change and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipment: If cancellation is done before shipment, the entire amount will be refunded, excluding bank charges if any.

• After Shipment: If cancellation is done after shipment, a refund will be made excluding the delivery charges and bank charges if any.

Change Policy

• You can only change order quantity or remove specific title(s) from your order by sending us a detailed email. Please mention yourTransaction ID clearly in the subject line. Removal or reduction in order quantity will be governed by Cancellation Policy mentioned above.

• You cannot increase the order quantity and will need to place a new order for additional requirement.

What is NYNA Books Return Policy?

You can return unopened item(s) in their original packing within 7 days of delivery. Kindly send an email requesting return and you would be required to send the book back to us at your cost by Registered Post and send us a mail giving details of dispatch clearly mentioning your Transaction ID.

We will refund the amount after receipt of book minus our original delivery charges. The typical scenario for processing a refund may vary from 3 to 21 working days, depending on the issuing bank/payment processor to pass credit for the said refund.

Defective: In case you have received any product which is defective, please intimate us within 3 days of receipt, we will certainly replace them. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (You received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
