it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the legality of paying for
and receiving the goods, in the jurisdiction that covers the shipping address,
irrespective of whether the buyer or a different addressee receive the goods.

Books not be responsible for the liabilities of any illegal methods of paying

fully co-operate with the investigating agencies and provide them with all the

Books shall reimburse the money or replace the goods if they don’t match with
the order or are received in unusable conditions. Such claims need to be

assessment agencies.

Books reimburses or replaces goods, if they are not received within the
published lead time period applicable for the related shipping method. The
actual reimbursement or replacement shall be done only after investigations by www.nynabooks.com
and buyer are responsible for providing

need during the investigation phase.
