1. Order Cancellations

• Orders for printed books can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, if the book has not yet been shipped.

• To cancel, please email us at nynabooks@gmail.com with your order details.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds for Printed Books

• If your book is damaged, misprinted, or missing pages upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

• You may be asked to share a photo of the damaged item for verification.

• After verification, we will issue a replacement or full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Refunds for Digital Products (eBooks / PDFs)

• Refunds are not available for digital products once the download link or file has been sent.

• Please verify the book details before purchasing digital editions.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please check your bank account again.

• Then contact your bank or payment provider (sometimes processing takes time).
